Public offer
Offer to conclude a service agreement for access to the VERUMIND SaaS platform (Civil Code of the Russian Federation, arts. 435 and 437(2)).
1. Subject
The provider grants the customer access to the VERUMIND SaaS platform for automated analysis of corporate structures. Results are recommendations and are not a legal opinion (Civil Code art. 779).
2. Liability
The provider is not liable for losses from using recommendations if the customer did not act on them within 14 days of receiving the report, or if the law changed after the report date (Civil Code art. 401).
3. Data currency
A report is valid as of its generation date. The provider updates the legislation base regularly but does not guarantee that recommendations remain current after a later change in law.
4. Confidentiality
Calculation inputs for a one-off report are not retained longer than 7 days after generation. Calculations run in an isolated environment; payload logs are not kept.
5. Termination
The customer may terminate unilaterally if service quality does not match the offer. Unused paid checks are refunded proportionally (Civil Code art. 782).
By paying for access or completing registration with acceptance of this offer, the customer accepts its terms.
