Personal data policy
How VERUMIND processes personal data under Federal Law 152-FZ and, where applicable, the GDPR.
What we collect
Email, IP address, organization name, and structure data needed to prepare a report (processed in de-identified form where possible).
Purpose
Providing access to the platform, generating reports, securing the service and communicating about the account.
Storage and deletion
Calculation inputs for a one-off report are kept no longer than 7 days after generation, then deleted automatically. Account data follow the retention rules of the workspace agreement.
Separate consent
Consent to personal-data processing is given by a separate checkbox at registration and is not embedded in the offer text.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction through published contact channels. EU users may also withdraw GDPR consent where it is the legal basis.
